Our final Membership Spotlight of the semester is Angela Largo! This is her first semester in PRSSA, and she has really stood ou this semester! Here is a Q&A with her!

Q: Where are you from? What is your major/minor?

A: I'm from Stewartsville, NJ. I'm a communication studies major with a minor in public relations.

Q: How long have you been a member of PRSSA?

A: I just became a member of PRSSA this semester.

Q: Why do you love PRSSA? What do you hope to get out of it?

A: I love it because it helps me grow as a professional. It's such an amazing organization that offers so many opportunities to strengthen your skills and grow your network. While in PRSSA, I hope to continue to meet new people and prepare myself to enter the PR industry.

Q: What committee are you a part of? What have you done with this committee?

A: Once I became a member I joined the digital committee. During one of our meetings, we went over how to write blog posts. I wrote one and had it published on our chapter's website!

Q: What PRSSA events have you participated in?

A: I wasn't able to attend a lot of the events I had planned, but other than general body meetings I had the pleasure of being in the mentorship program.

Q: What other TU organizations are you a part of?

A: Outside of PRSSA I'm also a member of Temple's club softball team.

Q: Coolest place you’ve ever traveled to?

A: The coolest place I've been to would have to be Montréal. It's a beautiful city with such a rich French Canadian culture. I enjoyed it so much I'm already planning a trip back.

Q: Favorite social media platform and why?

A: My favorite social media platform to use would have to be Instagram. I love all of its features and it's the app where I feel most connected with the people I follow.

Q: Dream job?

A: My dream job would be vice president of communications/public relations for a professional sports team.
