How do I get to the conference?
Lyft and Uber
In Philadelphia, both Lyft and Uber apps can be used to get to locations. If using Lyft or Uber to get to the conference at Temple University’s main campus, use 1913 North Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19122.
From the Hotel
The easiest way to get to Temple University’s main campus is to take the Broad Street Subway Line (BSL). After exiting the hotel, walk up Race Street towards Broad. Once on Broad Street make a right and walk up the street to the Metro station. Take the BSL northbound towards Fern Rock Transportation Center. Ride the subway four stops and get off at Cecil B. Moore. After getting off at Cecil B. Moore, walk northbound up Broad Street for about 5 mins and Mitten Hall will be on the right side of the street.
From the Airport
If coming from the airport, there are two options. The first would be to take Lyft, Uber or a taxi.
The second is to take the Regional Rail Airport Line and travel to Temple University. The Regional Rail will bring you right to the back of Temple University’s main campus. Once at Temple’s campus walk west on West Berks Street towards Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach Broad Street. Once on Broad Street make a right and Mitten Hall will be on your right.
From 30th Street Station
There are three options if you're arriving at 30th Street Station to attend the conference.
The first option would be to take a Lyft, Uber or taxi.
The second is to take a Regional Rail train to Temple. There are several Regional Rail lines which bring you to Temple, the Airport Line, Chestnut Hill East Line, Fox Chase Line, Lansdale/Doylestown Line, Manayunk/Norristown Line or Warminster Line. Any of these lines will take you to Temple University’s main campus. Once at Temple’s campus walk west on West Berks Street towards Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach Broad Street. Once on Broad Street make a right and Mitten Hall will be on your right.
The third option is to take the subway. After arriving at 30th Street Station, you need to exit and go to the Market-Frankford Line (MFL) Subway entrance. Ride the MFL eastbound for two stops and get off at 15th Street Station. At 15th Street Station follow signs to the Broad Street Line (BSL), it’s a free transfer. Ride the BSL northbound towards Frankford Transportation Center for four stops. Get off the BSL at Cecil B. Moore. After getting off at Cecil B. Moore, walk northbound up Broad Street for about 5 mins and Mitten Hall will be on the right side of the street.
Driving
Driving to Temple University depends on which direction you are coming from. We recommend using a GPS to get to Mitten Hall on Temple‘s Campus. Once on campus, there are several parking options. Attendees bringing a car can park in Liacouras Garage, Montgomery Garage, Tuttleman lot or 15th Street Parking lot. All of these lots cost money to park in and their rates vary. There is also free street parking options but there is no guarantee of availability.
How do I get to the Hotel upon arrival?

In Philadelphia, both Lyft and Uber apps can be used to get to locations. If using Lyft or Uber to get to the hotel, use 1301 Race Street Philadelphia, PA 19107.
From Airport
If coming from the airport, there are two options. The first would be to take Lyft, Uber or a taxi.
The second is to take the Regional Rail Airport Line and travel to Suburban Station. Once at Suburban Station, it will be about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. When you exit Suburban Station, you want to be on 16th Street. On 16th Street go North towards Arch Street. Make a right on to Arch Street and walk straight for three blocks to 13th Street. On 13th Street make a left and walk for a block until you arrived on Race Street. The hotel will be on the left.
From 30th Street
If you're traveling from 30th Street to the hotel, there are two options for you. The first would be to take a Lyft, Uber or Taxis to the hotel’s address.
The second option is to take the Market Frankford Subway Line (MFL). Right outside 30th Street is the entrance to the MFL. Ride the MFL eastbound towards Frankford Transportation Center for two stops. Get off at 13th Street Station. Then walk north on 13th Street for two blocks until you reach Race Street. The hotel will be on your left.
Driving
Driving to the hotel will depend on the direction in which you are coming from. We recommend using a GPS to get to the Hampton Inn Center City-Convention Center Philadelphia, PA. The Hotel provides parking options for its guest. There are also several garages located around the Hotel.

What happens if I change my mind and want a refund?

While we hope that everyone will be able to attend Being A Full Service PRo, cancellations and full refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event. If cancellations are needed within two weeks of the event, a 50% refund will be given. Please contact us at fullserviceprorc@gmail.com to start the refund process.
